[s-cars] New RS2 setup too much for stock clutch?

Dave: Confusing on many levels. The first one is why did the car need
a new clutch at only 50K? It was stock back then. Doesn't make sense.
Nor does you needing a clutch now, even with the new RS2 power. A good
stock clutch can handle RS2 levels without issue. Makes me wonder if
the dealer only changed the clutch disc but did not change the pressure
plate.
IIRC, I thought there was some negatives about Spec. (But I might be
mistaken). I think there have only been good things said about
Centerforce. In any event, I doubt that you would want a puck-type
clutch for a daily driver. Track star yes, but not a daily driver.
In my opinion,
Dave F.
