That's not a RSR- judging by the Rothmans livery and the ride height, that
is either a 911SC-RS or
the subsequent version 911R(?) that was prepped for Paris-Dakar back in 1982
or so. The wing is wrong
for an RSR, as is the front end bodywork.

I couldn't watch the video at work- no sound. :-(
