[s-cars] ETKA hidden treasures: Photos of parts and accessories

Just went through a couple hundred photos.  Finally noticed (Duh) that
the jpg names are the part numbers.  That could be useful. Only got as
far as 801 of 3291.  Everything from 700 to 801 was a wiring harness.
