[s-cars] Serpentine belt squeal

I've replaces the tensioner and then the pulley bearing again and the
belt twice, but this car seems to go right back to squealing in short
order no matter what I do.  It water drips on the belt from the hood
after it rains it's quiet for a minute.  Belt dressing shuts it up for a
few minutes (I know belt dressing is not a good idea, but I'm
desperate).  I know it's the belt and friction somewhere.  Nothing KEEPS
it quiet though.  Is there some alignment of the alternator or something
that I need to adjust to keep this car quiet?
