Your car is saWEEEEEEEEET.  My guess is you may have to hold out for
awhile for the right buyer to get the money your car deserves.  It is
true that prices run the full gamut lately, like $1k to $16k and
everything in between.  I saw a '97 recently listed ~ $12k mit ~ 90k,
but I think it was stock.  

$15k might be reasonable for yours IMO, as $17k even while it should be
worth it I fear you'd have a hard time attracting a buyer in that range.
Esp. non-RS2'd cars.
