[s-cars] '94 90 fwd does not 'go'

Check cats first.  While at idle, go around back and place your palm over the tailpipe.  If you get a smooth/steady and quite hot flow against your hand, it'll be a cat.  If you get a pulsing warm flow, look elsewhere.
