[s-cars] Washer fluid sensor?

Are you certain the fluid you added actually stayed in
the reservoir?  I've poured a few gallons of blue
fluid onto the floor on 2 //S's due to:
- cracked reservoir
- 'sploded headlight washer pump
- 'sploded headlight washer  spray cylinder (2x)
Because of the latter 2, I have disabled the headlight
washer pump on both said //S's.
