Disconnect the battery, let it sit for a good long time, then reconnect and
allow the tiptronic
ECU to learn your driving habits. You should already have the "euro" coding
for the trans, and
if that's not enough, you can get AWE to send you a tiptronic ECU chip to
make the trans shift
more aggressively.

If the prior owner pussyfooted the car all the time, you'll need to reset
the ECU to make it learn
new habits.
