Well with Hap having an A4 now I'm guessing we're just looking at a matter
of months before the 360HP A4 is a reality :)

Ah... the 360hp A4 is a hypothetical car at this point... at least for me.
Haven't built it, haven't driven one. Just stating that it should be very
"doable" and likely very fun.

No, I meant what was the setup of the 360hp A4?
I know what the stock A4 is like, having owned a '99.5 1.8T. With H&R
coilovers and a good set of 17" wheels/tires,
it was pretty nice.... ITR, Evo, STI and E36/46/90 BMWs all drive better.

Which car I drove? The A4 (one I own) is stock save the chip, suspension,
and wheels/tires. And, having owned an E30 M3... and currently still own 2
UrQ's, I will still argue that the 1.8 A4 is a pretty nimble little car.
So... the boost threshold of the A4 is very low... 2k rpm-ish. My UrS (the
440whp thing), the hard hit comes in around 3500rpm.
