[s-cars] Boost leak - update, what am I missing here?

The WGFV regulates the amount of boost to the bottom of the WG.  If  there is 
no difference with the WGFV connected or not connected, you either have  a 
bad WOT switch or you have a bad WGFV or wiring to either.
 
I suspect you have a bad WGFV.  Replace with known good, the RS2 part  is the 
fastest acting IME.
