[s-cars] Boost leak - update, what am I missing here?

No, on the urs4 it works the opposite. With no WG intervention, the boost
is WG spring pressure only. The valve limits the amount of boost pressure the
WG sees. When it goes bad, it's either slow, or defaults to open, which
means that the maximum boost is the WG spring pressure only.
For unlimited boost (ala 5kt cars of the 80's) you put the WGFV and
pressure to the top of the WG.

On test #4, if you removed the input line to the wastegate you should have
seen basically unlimited boost if you kept your foot in it, if I am thinking
about it right. If you did not see tons of boost with that hose
disconnected I think you may have a turbo problem or a massive leak. Am I
remembering this plumbing right? I have a tendency to get mixed up between
the 10 valves and the 20 valves here as they reversed the plumbing to the
WG.
