[s-cars] CV Joint Boot Clamp Special Tool

The local FLAPS "rents" tools for free.  The AutoZone has a good
selection that includes 250 lb-ft torque wrenches and boot clamp
tools.  The clamp tool is cheaply made but is double-action to tightly
clamp the boot and the deposit is only $10.  If you don't return the  
tool
they simply keep the deposit.  Just make sure the rental is a new  
tool if
you are going to keep it.
