I don't have anything to add for C4 system compatibility, or this  
particular system, but
I do think this is a great improvement in vehicle safety.  I think  
investigating a hook-up
to the rear fog lights with the Dave F. dual fog light modification  
would work best rather
than using the amber european turn signals.

I wouldn't operate a bike without some system, preferably one that  
flashes some lights
all the time.  I haven't seen any enforcement folks give them a  
second look about the
legality of the system on motorbikes, and they have run a Honda Hoot  
here for several
years with 3-4 thousand bikes.  Of course, no one wants to hassle  
grandma and grandpa.
