[s-cars] Alignment specs

What is the general consensus for alignment specs.  Car is a '94 with
Intrax springs/Bilstein sports and 2B camber plates just installed,
hence the alignment need.  Car will not be tracked, so I'm looking for
good handling and tire longevity.  Stock specs good enough?  And will
the camber plates get me there with the lowered suspension?  TIA
