[s-cars] Key turning

Hi all,

I had 2 key copies made for my 1986 Audi Quattro Turbo in March 2005, 1 key has been used extensively, it has trouble turning ignition switch, the key must be shook around, this suddenly happened, the door lock can still be opened, the trunk with difficulty. When I use an original key or the other copied key, the ignition is turned with no effort.
Weird?

Ideas?

1986 Audi Type 44, door handles are the old type with finger grip, not lifter types.
