FWIW here is a picture of my Boxster S brakes and 16" Avus rims.

I used MBT adaptors (sometimes listed on ebay).  For how I  modified the 
adaptors etc. do a search on audiworld.  The discs are euro A8  and/or the version 
of what was delivered to S6 owners in Europe.   No spacers were used as the 
adaptors were cut to fit.  So far it has been  working great.

The 130mm monoblocs will, however, fit the oe  Avus wheels with 15mm
spacers.

RS2 brackets are 130mm pattern.  The old 993tt Brembos, some of  the
older 2-piece Brembos from the 90s, and most of the 996 and 986  (except
higher end 996 like 996tt, 996GT3, and maybe 996C4S) will fit  them.  
Hottest ticket with the RS2 brackets is probably the 996 C2S  caliper or
the 986 S caliper (which might be the same), assuming offsets and  junk
can be worked out.  Afaik, none of the 130mm monoblocs will fit  under
the stock S6 Avus  wheels.
