[s-cars] spark plugs

In my 1995 S6, I have just run into problems with the 4th cylinder spark
plug shooting out of it well, now occuring for the second time. When I try
to screw it back in, now it will screw in but not tighten, as if it might be
stripped in the spark plug well. If this is the case after a try a new spark
plug, what are my options as far as getting a spark plug to seat and hold in
place, as it seems as if the spark plug continous to loosen itself out.
