Morning Gentz-

Copying you all here in case there are those who are having issue with
the evite (read:  didn't get the 15 memo's stating to ASK FOR AN EVITE).
We're up to 50+ cars and 90+ people already, nutty!

Here goes:



Festers-

T-minus FOUR DAZE and //Shenanigans will yet again be upon us.  Thanks
to those who have both RSVP'd to the evite AND pay pal'd.  If you have
yet to RSVP, please do so *now* so we can properly tune the headcount
and parking plan.  If you have yet to Pay Pal - DON'T - ***please pay
$30 upon arrival Saturday***.

A few random notes:

- our host Coventry Motorcar is open for retail operations during the
event; you're encouraged to gander @ the inventory and say hi / thanks
to Brian Werstak - but we ask you to remember this is a *BEHIND THE
GATE* activity otherwise.
- stop off for any 'thing' you might need BEFORE you get to //SFest -
once you're in it will be better to not have cars coming / going;
exceptions are certain but we will be managing the gate accordingly;
there is a grocery store 1 mile east across the street for any last
minute items and a packy @ the exact end of 384 on the right 3 miles
before.
- early arrivals are ideal - I'm done parking you all by 1:00 if
possible so we can get on with the day!  We'll be there from sun up -
on, soooooo...
- check-in at the gate to receive your //Schwagbag (first 50), and await
further instruction (read:  Paul Parks Your Car As Always).
- file in neat / tight if there's a line @ check-in, being mindful not
to spill out onto the street if avoidable.
- this is a *LEAVE NO TRACE* event - zero impact - bring it in bring it
out.
- anyone who wants to bring an easy-up tent is encouraged in case of
rain.
- hope for best / plan for worst, weather-wise - we're rain or shine;
plan accordingly.
- Holiday Inn Express somehow didn't have record of our $89 rate, but
call them and mention it and they'll give it to you anyway - they had 7
rooms left as of yest. or so.  Also try booking through www.hotwire.com,
could be cheaper tho no refunds.
- find Jim Norris (500E) for your pre-ordered event Polo.
- have some cash on hand to enjoy our raffle, making special note of our
generous event sponsors.
- as always - *NO CHEESEBALLS* - you know what that means, we don't want
to enforce it so let's make it a non-issue...  mmmmmKay?
- please oblige if I or any of Bob Rossato, Steve Young, Jim Pasqualoni,
Jeff Postupack, Jim Norris, or Brian Werstak ask for something.
- big one here - don't sh*t where you eat / lead horses to the water;
keep it tame within a few mile radius puhleese.

Lastly...  brace yerselfs...  we're gearing up for the madness and look
forward to seeing you all, some again some for the first time.  Have a
great trip, wherever you're coming from!!!
