Ok
The it's hot here in Houston and the sedans AC cuts
out (snowflake dissapears) when first starting out if
it's been parked outside.
After 5-10 min of driving it's fine - but during those
first few min it runs when moving and shuts down at
stop lights.
I'm concerned that the highest speed fan isn't coming
on (no jet engine sound like the avant makes) the
electric fan is on. Replacing the 3rd speed relay
makes no difference.
Jumping the terminals at the temp sensor - turns the
fan on but I'm not sure it's really a high speed - or
just the low speed when I jump both terminals.
So I'm left wondering about the fan itself or possibly
the "fusable link"???
The climate control diagnostics simple report "high
pressure" cut out. The system is fully charged.
It's hot here but the avant (also black) isn't
suffering from the same issues. An when I can keep it
parked inside there are no issues.
In a related? note the after run fan/pump aren't
comming on but I think I've traced this to the sensor.
Thoughts
TIA
-jamie
