Once you get rid of it you may want to virtualize your browser.
By running a virtual machine, you effectively limit your exposure to a
process on your machine - not the entire machine itself.
VMWare and Microsoft both offer free virtualization kits. I use VM
Player from VM Ware. It's basically a Linux (Ubuntu) shell running on
top of Windows XP. I run Mozilla in that shell. Anything that attacks
Mozilla can at worst only kill the process. You can setup privileges
such that you limit disk access, etc. All multimedia works as normal
though you do need to download new applets for Flash, etc. to run in a
Linux environment. (You'll be prompted when needed)
