Matt:

A very recent post in the AW UrS-car forum lists the prices and
sources for Big Black Brake Kit (BBBK), including A8 rotors.  Not S8.
The S8 ones won't go (not with RS2 caliper brackets, at least.)

The $299/caliper price is pretty nice.
