The footage that Steve Powers refers to was shot by Steve Winter (no
relation) and Murray Wais. They run an action sports film company out of
Crested Butte, Colorado, called Matchstick Productions:

The wingsuit phenomenon grew out of BASE jumping, basically guys decided
that throwing themselves off of cliffs and other structures was getting
boring. The guys in the clip that Steve references include J.T. Holmes and
Shane McConkey. I was lucky enough to shoot with J.T. in Lauterbrunnen,
Switzerland. Pretty sick stuff. Here are some Swiss guys at that location:

I'm guessing the use of Steve and Murray's footage is a copyright violation,
as I doubt that Matchstick Productions has a rights agreement with a site
that advertises itself as "Best Babes and Fun Guaranteed dotcom sinds 2005"
