Ron:  You could also consider installing an iPod.  There is a thread going on AudiWorld with a number of links and options. If you have an UrS4 or early UrS6 that had the silver transceiver box (for the 10 disc Sony/Blaupunkt CD changer), then it is quite simply to trick the Audi Bose unit to see the iPod as a CD changer.
