[s-cars] Serpentine belt tensioner

Are you positive the noise is from the tensioner?  I had a similar noise,
replaced my tensioner and thought I had solved the problem.  Turns out it
was actually the A/C clutch/compressor intermittently making noises, as it
would go away for weeks at a time.  Although, my old tensioner bearing did
sound like a box of rocks with a stethoscope.  I believe I got the
replacement from Blau, it was around $200 and NOT Meyle..that's all I
remember...
