Large thick screwdriver. Flywheel teeth. Done it before. Worked fine.
That being said I have an electric impact you can borrow. You could
also drive back to the warehouse and we could use the pneumatic on the
bolts. I cut the hose accidently after you left so I will need to buy a
new one first.

Thanks to all who responded. I can see that removing the flywheel is
the best solution . IF I didn't
there would be no way to remove the flywheel later because of the arms
of the engine stand would
block it. On the otherhand, with the engine STILL in the back of my
avant, how easy is it going to
be to break those (6? 8?) flywheel bolts free?
