[s-cars] Snow tires for the A4

[LL - NY]

My S6 Avus (speedline) are 16 x 7.5 ET 35. I believe the S4 Fuchs are 16 x 8
ET 35. The Fuch's look better and are forged, but they'd have a tough time
mounting a 205 width tire as they're likely too wide.
