Azeem,
I just did mine.
Remove the six allen-head socket screws that are visible and the two
hex head bolts in the middle (10 mm if I recall).
Take off the breather hose on the front and the two on the back of the
valve cover.
You might need a rubber mallet to knock the cover loose, but don't get too wild.
You may want to loosen the plastic upper timing belt cover to get the
valve cover off. It's a snug fit.
Once off, peel the old gasket off. Take out the two old half-moon
inserts along the back edge. Clean up all of the mating surfaces.
Put a light coating of high-temp RTV around the new half-moons and insert them.
Place new gasket on the valve cover. Mine was a little off on fit.
You may want to "glue" the corners down with a little RTV.
When replacing the valve cover, go slowly. Getting it situated in
front will take a little finessing, and you don't want to knock the
gasket out of place while doing it. Once it is in place, snug the
bolts back down, taking care not to forget the bracket on the driver's
side rear and the ground wire on the passenger side rear. Torque to
spec. Replace hoses and you are done.
HTH,
D.
