[s-cars] Snow tires for the A4

Actually, B5 A4s stock use 15x7 ET45, 16x7 ET45, 17x7.5 ET40 and 17x8 ET35
wheels OEM.

The only wheels that I listed that may not work on a B5 are the A8 17x8 ET48
wheels.

Lee has a B5 A4 and ET35 is a common offset for aftermarket wheels as well.
That is the original request.
