[s-cars] Valve Cover Gasket procedure? Also my '95 S6 for sale in NYC.

I definitely needed the mallet to get the valve cover off, didn't want
to budge at all.
A couple more questions though:
1) is there a specific torque sequence?
2) Why does fap99 only send one half moon gasket with the kit? I
think I remember reading a post about this either here or AW, so
perhaps this isn't a shipping error. I had to reuse one of the
halfmoons as a result.
