The platform in terms of sports cars is a compromise, but they've managed to
make it work.

That said, what you're implying (twin turbo) has already been done- R35 GT-R
is what you're talking about. You know, the car that's been getting a lot of
press lately because it lapped the Ring faster than a 997 Turbo and it's
going to be about a $70k car, instead of the $130k of the 997 turbo.

I wonder how much potential the GT-R leaves on the table- the old RB26DETT
engine as well as the 2JZ-GTE from the JZA80 Supra were good for well over
550hp on stock internals. Those are all-time classic engines, like the SBC
and the VW I-4.
