[s-cars] Current draw/dead battery

Update for the current draw. At 2140 hrs, the draw was up toggling between
34/35mA so it is still increasing. A few have e-mailed me and I checked the
trunk light. There is no bulb in the trunk light so that could not possibly
be the problem. I did unplug the power lock module/vacuum pump and did not
get any change in draw. The rad fan relay and the double relay in the kick
panel came up a few times from a few different people, so I will focus on
those as well.
