i might have one - will need to look.

in the meantime, pull the relay (it probably says 329 on top) and see if the power drain stops.

Subject: Re: [s-cars] Current draw/dead battery

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. The battery is brand new from
Interstate and is about 2-3 weeks old. I had them test it right in front
of me (it passed) before I left the Interstate dealer (I have an
account there). I think it is a group 43? if I remember correctly.

I had my DMM/Amp meter hooked up to it last night while I was trouble
shooting this problem, pulling fuses did nothing as stated earlier.
Pulling relays also did nothing. I realize that 24-30+ mA is nearly
nothing. Not enough to drain a nearly new battery over night or during an 8+
hour sit while I was at work. Leaving the + lead off the battery last
night, the car started right up when connected (of course) so the battery
 is not self-discharging.

So I'm calling out to anyone who has a spare double relay for the power
windows. ETKA shows 441 959 257 B at position 1-2 at the driver side
relay panel. I can not remember what numbers or indentification markings
are on the relay itself. If anyone is parting an S-car, I need a
couple other odd-ball electrical items as well.

Please contact me as soon as possible via e-mail or call my cell at
856.577.3132. I need to take care of this like yesterday!!!!

Thanks guys,

Jim
