[s-cars] [NPC] Lifting Driver's Side Wiper

Thanks Fred.  From what I hear the wiper arms are not that expensive, so
I'll just go ahead and order one.  I've got to get a few other dealer
items anyway.  FWIW, I have the factory wiper blade with the airfoil.
It sounds like I may have a combination of a bent arm and weak springs,
as I can't imagine the springs are that weak that the blade would
actually LIFT at the end of the sweep with the car not moving so there
must be some other force on it.  Is the section between the spline and
the hinge supposed to be straight?  Mine definitely is not.
