[s-cars] [NPC] Lifting Driver's Side Wiper

Eric - I got the factory winged wiper blade from Clair Audi for around
$12-$15.  Not too bad. Unfortunately, I don't have their number handy,
but I'm sure Peter Schultz has it memorized ;-)
