[s-cars] Current draw/dead battery

I worked on my current draw problem today by removing pin 8 from the central
locking/alarm system/interior light delay control module. Pin 8 feeds the
double relay for the power windows. When battery voltage gets low, pin 8
closes the relay for the power windows. Disconnecting this wire removed this
problem, but also removes the all windows closed feature with the key. Not a
big deal since I've never had this working on my car anyway. So I have the +
lead of the battery hooked up and I hooked up an analog voltmeter to monitor
the battery. I'll see what its charge is by looking through the window
tomorrow morning. I still have a known good window relay coming and I will
change it out in the event that this did not fix the problem. The above info
was found on SJM. I figure I'll make small changes and see what fixes the
problem instead of changing everything and not know what the hell fixed it.

Thank you for all the BTDT and suggestions about this pain in the a$$
problem I'm having.

I also made a harness for the solar panels to charge the battery during the
day.
