What regret? Isn't it better to quietly learn tricks like this among  
friends, than publicly and noisily from your kids?

I step in the smelly stuff all the time, and am able to reach out to  
my Internet friends for a gentle nudge in the right direction, and to  
mere mortals, appear omniscient as a result. Besides, if your friends  
don't give you crap for the silly stuff, you can be sure less  
forgiving members of the audience will step in to make things right  
<grin>.
