[s-cars] Throttle Position Sensor-TPS G69 & CTP F60 failure

Listers,

Does anyone know what a failing Throttle Position Sensor (TPS, G69) and/or Closed Throttle Position Switch (CTP, F60) would do (they are one in the same unit)? My car seems to be running fine, maybe takes a bit longer to start sometimes.

I haven't been able to actuate the Output Diagnostic Test and found that this may be the culprit since the throttle need to be actuated to start the output test.
