[s-cars] need to vent

Tom,
Here in MA, you can often get inspection violations dropped if you get a 
passing sticker soon after. Just bring proof that your passed to your 
hearing and be nice. This has worked for me and other that I know several 
times.

He opens door and asks me whats the reason for the big "R"ed safety reject sticker. "Ah, no idea, it's my sons car...".  I'm watching him in my rear view mirror and he's shaking head snickering. He comes back and says the reject sticker is dated mar 06. My son has been driving like this for almost a year and I get nailed first day. Wtf?  He hands me a $50 ticket. 8-(  I'm bummin......  it's an insurance surcharge as well.. Arrrg!
