[s-cars] tire opinions

I've run the Goodyear F1 GSD3's on three of my cars (on the second set on 
one of them) and have never had a problem. Work great in the dry and in the 
wet, are quiet and wear very well. I ran (a couple sets of) Toyo T1-S's on 
one of the cars and really liked them, but they didn't last as long as the 
Goodyears and the Goodyears were just as good (or better) in all other 
aspects.
