[s-cars] NAC. VAG tho, VW Golf 4 O2/MAF problems

Hi folks,
 
The wife's Golf is showing an intermittent problem with what VAG COM points
to as the O2 sensor failing (68518) tho there are other codes for mis-fires
16684, 16685 and 16688. Have heard this may be due to failing MAF. Any body
have any experience with MAF failures?
