[s-cars] Stuck front caliper

Hi audimigos.

Turns out Ive got what looks like a sticky right front caliper which has
caused the pads to wear only on one side.

I can get a rebuilt caliper set for 45$ per side. (no pads)

Is it worth trying to free things up?  

I believe the pin and boot kit is about 15$.

 

Unfortunately brakes are stock and I just put new rotors on a few months
back otherwise I would consider an upgrade.

By the way - what is the most economical upgrade path?
