[s-cars] weeping rack

Anyone have a recomendation for a rack replacement?
MY avant has started weeping - curiously the fluid is
thicker - when it drips onto the floor - almost grease
like.  Definately coming from the rack as it's
dripping from the boot.

Any good sources for reman units?  Any experience with
the ones from blau - smmes like the best price at $325
(plus the core charge of $300).
