[s-cars] Timing Belt

We've found no reason to alter the factory service interval. We have had a 
couple of premature water pump or tensioner failures, but the belts have not 
been an issue for premature breaking or stripping. Listen up for noises in 
the front of the motor such as tensioners or water pump bearings, otherwise 
105k has been fine.
