[s-cars] PSA: Hood release

PSA:  It's fairly common for the clips that hold the hood cable to the
front cross-member to fail.  This usually causes you to go poking around
the underside of the car with a broom-stick trying to open the hood.
NOT NECESSARY.  Just remove the two screws that hold the hood release
handle to the body and pull it towards you as you pull on the handle.
This takes up the slack in the cable that was created by the broken clip
and releases your hood.  Once you have the hood open DO NOT replace the
broken clip(s) with OEM pieces.  They will just fail again in short
order.  Use thick zip ties.
