[s-cars] Quattro.... there is no substitute - just add JNR

Well, I have found something that DC did right, or at least close to it.
My 4wd liberty has a convenient button on the steering column to allow me to 
shut off the ESP to a point where the EDL still will function and the rest 
of it's bad behavior goes away.

This is nice, the liberty is such a short WB, you can get into a corner set 
the PB for a nice little 4 wheel powerslide that is very easy to control. 
With out having that button, it would be a boring drive.
The simply fact it can cut back the throttle sucks the big one, nothing more 
annoying.
