The first weekend approaching anything like warm is less than a week 
away.  I'm ordering the calipers tomorrow and I have a lot of loose ends 
to tie up between now and then.  So I have a few questions...

Will the calipers come with the springy pad retainer clip thingies?

Will the calipers come with the brake line banjo bolts?

Where are people getting the appropriate brake lines?  ECS has been 
flaky on that one...
