[s-cars] S6 Speedo AND Tach drop dead on boost

Guys,

This problem developed just after 034 installed the
IIc system. They have the car now and have determined
that ALL grounds are good, ignition good (third one in
6mos), IC is a known good one(did the same with
another one), oscilloscope used and everything is
"normal", took the 034 system out of the loop and
found same problem, grrrrrrr. 

All other gauges work properly.

ANY BTDT's would be greatly appreciated.
