[s-cars] ETKA cause problems?

I run Kaspersky Anti Hacker-Anti Virus, and now lately it keeps getting hung up in an ETKA file, same file every time, I cannot scan for viruses now.  Don't know what to do, delete ETKA? anyone else have any problems similar?

this just started happening yesterday, previously I have had no problems with it, also I rarely use the ETKA if ever
