[s-cars] How much can I realistically expect for tha sale of my 94 S4?

With the arrival of our second child, and my long
commute, I need a more fuel efficient car to commute
in.  With 2 Bertone's in the garage, I cannot store it
for later, either.

The car is as follows:
Good condition overall. Red / Black leather / burled
walnut trim.
Exterior 8.5 out of 10  (cleans up nicely, but it
takes continous work to address the oxidation of the
red paint.
Interior in 9.5 out of 10.

NOT STOCK, but not excessively modified. 17" wheels
(Fondmetal FX9's) with 235/45/17 Hankook Ventus Sport
K104 (50% treat left), H&R Springs and Bilstein
sports, Intended Acceleration Stage 3+ chip set, 3.0
BAR Pressure Transducer, In last year, NEW: Timing
Belt, Water pump, Belt tensioner, Cam Position Sensor,
Oxygen Sensor, replaced #5 coil (used, but comes with
3 good used extras), Air Filter. Fuel Pressure
Regulator, Waste Gate Frequency Valve, All pressurized
/ vacumn clamps, Stratmosphere Bypass valve, Bosch
Spark Plugs (the correct ones), Spark Plug Boots, Fuel
Filter, 2 watt instrument cluster bulbs, new outside
temp bulb, Some other stuff I am forgetting. In last 2
years, NEW: Braided SS brake lines (ECS). Hawk HPS+
brake pads all around, Zimmerman Rotors all around,
Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid, Speedbleeders all around,
Speedo indicates 175k miles, but is a replacement
cluster from EDWIN, so reading is ~25k high. Have the
numbers written down and the old cluster in the
garage.
