Hmmm....You could try taking the serpentine belt off and see if all the
accessories turn freely.

Hey guys, about two weeks ago I started to hear a squeel coming from the
front of the engine. It was intermittent and I assumed it was a viscous fan
bearing or maybe the ac compressor. In the last two days the noise has
gotten very loud with lots of squeeling and vibration and thumps. I still
thought it was the fan and today I was turning it around in the driveway to
get ready to tear into it and it stalled. I tried to start it and it won't
turn over and the battery is fine. The timing belt is fine and the cam chain
looks good. I am at a loss to what happened. Any idea's? Thanks,
